CryoSim© is a PC-based cryogenic oxygen generation plant process simulator. It simulates the two types of cryogenic oxygen generation plants most prevalent at HPO wastewater treatment plants; Union Carbide U-type generators and Air Products REVEX plants.
Once calibrated for a specific cryo plant, CryoSim is used by DWG ASSOCIATES’ for plant optimization, troubleshooting, and process analysis. The user interface is designed to make CryoSim an excellent operator training tool. CryoSim can be calibrated for any capacity U– or REVEX type cryogenic system. Where appropriate, CryoSim is used in conjunction with HPODesign in our “report card” plant analysis programs (see our Engineering page). |
