O2-OPT© is a PC-based, customized high purity oxygen wastewater treatment plant process simulator. O2-OPT is customized by DWG ASSOCIATES’ personnel so that it mimics your actual HPO secondary treatment process, including the aeration basins, the oxygen generation system, the clarifiers, and the sludge recycle/wasting system.
Once calibrated, O2-OPT is used by plant personnel for plant optimization, troubleshooting, training, and “what-if” analysis. O2-OPT lets your personnel “operate” your plant without disrupting actual plant performance or compromising effluent quality. Making a mistake with the simulator is just as instructive as if made on the actual plant, just less onerous. And we all know that mistakes are the key to learning. |
