Experienced

   DWG ASSOCIATES is a twenty year old engineering organization possessing both domestic and foreign engineering expertise in water, solid, and noxious waste disposal technologies.  The organization specializes in wastewater and water treatment processes that use high purity oxygen and/or ozone gases.  Our personnel routinely provide engineering or operating assistance at some of the largest wastewater treatment facilities in the world; including Sacramento County’s Regional Plant, Boston’s Deer Island Facility, Orange County’s (California) Treatment Plant #2, and the Detroit Wastewater Treatment Plant.

   DWG ASSOCIATES also regularly provides a wide range of engineering services to the professional engineering, governmental, and industrial business communities.

Knowledgeable & Seasoned

   DWG ASSOCIATES draws on the talents of seasoned professionals with considerable experience in the wastewater and water markets.  Our president, Daniel W. Gay, has 19 years experience with both large and small scale corporate entities, and over 35 years total experience in the wastewater and water industry.  In the late 1960s and early 1970s, he was a core member  of   the   Union   Carbide engineering team that   invented   the  UNOX  System, the  most widely  used  high  purity  oxygen (HPO) wastewater  system  in  today’s secondary system marketplace.  Mr.

Gay has designed both air and HPO facilities with a cumulative treatment capacity of approximately 2.0 billion gallons per day.

   Most DWG ASSOCIATES  personnel and subcontractors have backgrounds that include periods with the environmental divisions of either Union Carbide Corporation, Air Products and Chemicals, or Lotepro Corporation.  All personnel have worked continuously in the wastewater or water treatment fields for their entire careers.
