PSASim© is a PC-based Pressure Swing Adsorption oxygen generation plant process simulator. DWG ASSOCIATES’ personnel use this simulation software for analysis of operating PSA plants. Watch the simulator above step through a PSA cycle, or use the controls [ ] to step through yourself.
Once calibrated for a specific plant, PSASim is used by DWG ASSOCIATES’ for plant optimization and troubleshooting. The user interface also makes PSASim an excellent operator training tool. The software can be calibrated for any 3 and most 4 bed PSA systems. Like HPODesign, PSASim is used extensively in our “report card” plant analysis program (see our Engineering page). |
