HPODesign© is a PC-based HPO wastewater treatment plant design simulator. DWG ASSOCIATES uses this simulator for design and plant evaluation purposes. For plant evaluations DWG ASSOCIATES’ personnel can rapidly calibrate HPODesign© to your plant. Once calibrated, we can work with your staff to optimize or troubleshoot your facility. A nice benefit of this approach is that once the HPODesign© software is calibrated, our personnel can then assist your staff remotely problems or optimization questons arise. |

PSASim© is a PC-based process simulator that mimics the operation of 3-bed, Union Carbide-type Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation plants. When customized PSASim© turns your PC into a functional model of a PSA oxygen generator. The software helps accurately troubleshoot, evaluate, and optimize PSA oxygen gnerators. PSASim© is used extensively by DWG ASSOCIATES during plant “report card” analyses. |

Like PSASim©, CryoSim© is a computerized process simulator that mimics the operation of oxygen generation plants, specifically Union Carbide U-type and APCI REVEX cryogenic oxygen generators. CryoSim© turns a PC into a functioning model of a cryo plant. Using CryoSim© it’s possible to determine the operating limitations and efficiencies of a facility without actually disrupting the operation of the physical plant. |
